I have been dealing with
Chemex for over 12 years now. Although I come from a financial
background the initial transformation I admit was difficult but dealing
with sales and cleaning products has become a second nature to me now
and I would not change it for anything else.

over the years and this has helped in marketing the existing products
in more rigorous form. New generation products have been launched
lately which they add to your portfolio strength.
The strength
of the Chemex concept is based on the excellent quality of the products
and the reliability of doing of what is said they do. You must also
believe in the product yourself so that you can get the correct message
across to existing or prospective customer. One of the biggest
pleasures is when you are demonstrating a product and halfway the demo
the customer would stop you and carry on cleaning him/herself.
Additionally,
the support you get from the head office is immense and irrespective of
how far you are from England you do not feel that you have been
forgotten or neglected. There is always an ongoing communication which
is of paramount importance to the strength of the business bond.
With
the current global financial uncertainty that we have around us, the
message for the immediate future is to strengthen the bond with your
existing customers, search only for sound customers and do not over
commit or expose yourself to unnecessary risks. There will always be
opportunities so it is time to bite your time and the rewards will
come.
